Sales for Turkey this summer are up as holiday makers seek to avoid the strong Euro, it has been claimed
The sterling is currently weakening against the Euro, and according to the Post Office, sterling is worth nearly 17 per cent less against the currency than it was this time last year.
Alan Pugh, head of planning and trading at Thomsonfly, reports that holiday sales to Turkey are up ten per cent with Thomson this summer and up 30 per cent with First Choice, relfecting the new trend.
