Check in/out times

As a guideline check in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check out times between 10am and 12 noon on the day of departure. You will be informed locally of the check out time for your accommodation.

Cleaning, linen and towels

Our properties are thoroughly cleaned for your arrival and sufficient bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided according to your party size. Cot linen is not provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels. The villas and cottages are cleaned a minimum of once per week, some several times per week. Bed linen and towels are changed once per week. We ask that you leave your accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

Complimentary Welcome Hampers

Welcome hampers are provided at all of our villas and cottages (except when booked on an 'accommodation only' basis). The contents may vary, but contains basic provisions such as tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, biscuits, soft drinks, water, soap, matches and toilet rolls.

Special Requests and Special Occasions

Please ensure that any special requests are made at the time of booking. We shall be pleased to pass on your request, we cannot however guarantee that they will be met. For special occasions we are happy to offer a tailor made service with perhaps a bottle of local champagne, a bouquet of flowers, chocolates or a reservation at a local restaurant.
