Turkey Villas & Cottages

Our cottages are traditional-style properties, full of character, most of them converted from old or historical buildings, or located in more unusual settings.

Most of our cottages have either a private or shared splash pool, or are located close to the seafront. The villas are generally newer buildings, with either modern or traditional décor and a fuller range of facilities and fittings. All of our villas have swimming pools. We know that it's the little touches that make the difference, so when you arrive a complimentary food hamper will be waiting for you with all the essentials to get you started, along with a handy resort or area guide containing lots of useful information.

Hotels & Pensions

Our portfolio includes sophisticated boutique hotels, ideal for a special treat, through to the more traditional pensions. The pension, or 'pansiyon' in Turkish, represents a simple, more traditional style property, generally family-run and without all of the frills and extra facilities many of the hotels offer. We have aimed for the small, individual hotels, each with it's own distinctive character and personality. Several of our hotels have also been featured in style and design publications in Turkey.

Accommodation Only

All of our villas and cottages are now available on an 'accommodation only' basis excluding fights and transfers, so if you prefer to organise your own flights and travel arrangements, or design your own multi-centre itinerary then we can offer the accommodation separately. Contact our dedicated sales team for further information.

We have included a number of properties within our portfolio which we consider to be well off the beaten track and which we believe can offer guests a more traditional Turkish holiday experience. We have called these properties our 'Undiscovered Turkey' collection.

Chosen for their superior qualities, these properties offer just that little bit extra in the way of comfort, service standards or facilities.

Gulets and Sailing

There is a choice of gulet cruises from Bodrum. Ideal for a couple, interested in joining other like-minded people, or a group of friends or family who would like their own private gulet.

We can offer different types of sailing holiday, from hiring your own yacht with a skipper for those who may be new or unaccustomed to sailing, joining a flotilla, or for those who prefer more independence, a bareboat charter. A week gulet cruise or a week sailing can be combined with a week at any of our villas or hotels.

Out of Seasons and Winter Lets

We do have a selection of properties that are suitable for occupation in late autumn, winter and early spring - outside of the main holiday period. Please ask for our updated list. There may be an additional charge for heating. The Turkish resorts do quieten down in winter and many facilities such as restaurants may not be available.

Honeymoons And Other Special Occasions

For that extra special occasion we are happy to offer a tailor made service with perhaps a bottle of local champagne, a bouquet of flowers, chocolates or a reservation at a local restaurant.
