Set in a slightly elevated, sunny position, on the hillside just two kilometres from Yahsi beach, this lovely traditional stone villa, standing within its own walled grounds, is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and has far reaching views from the garden area over the surrounding countryside towards Ortakent.
The villa is decorated with lots of colourful rugs and kilims, unusual wall hangings and lamps, and there are many interesting features throughout the house. Villa Yahsi ’s unique style has actually been featured in several home décor magazines in Turkey.
The poolside sun terraces are surrounded by potted plants, mature trees, and trailing jasmine which provide a great spot for your barbecues and al fresco dining.

Private pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.55 m). TV, CD player, oven, 4 gas ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, iron and ironing board, portable barbecue.

This villa has a lovely sun terrace and pool with a variety of trees surrounding the property. I would say it is more suited to couples or an older family due to the road being fairly close by to the property, but it’s not a busy road by any means. The interior has lots of dark wood, but still has an open plan feel and the rooms are a good size. Villa Yahsi is situated in a traditional Turkish village and there are a few simple restaurants you can walk to, or if you want a range of restaurants there are some just a short drive away so you don’t feel isolated.
If you want a character villa which oozes charm this is the definitely the one to pick in our programme.
