A stylish traditional villa in a semi-rural setting near picturesque Gümüslük
Located on the edge of a small rural community, just three kilometres from the beach and the picturesque fishing village of Gümüslük, Villa Ata is one of three well-appointed, stylish villas each with their own pool and garden, which stand overlooking the surrounding countryside and nearby olive and citrus groves. We are delighted to be able to offer two of these villas, Ata and the adjacent, Villa Oya.
Built in traditional style with spacious accommodation, Villa Ata has an attractive open-plan living and dining area which leads out to a large furnished terrace overlooking the gardens, and the upstairs bedrooms also have access to a large balcony with far-reaching countryside views.
It’s a five-minute walk to the nearest minimarket for fresh bread, groceries, and to the nearest dolmus or ‘bus stop’ for journeys to Gümüslük and Bodrum.
Villa Ata is located next to Villa Oya, so for larger groups or two families holidaying together, these two villas can be booked together.

Ground floor: Living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, single bedroom, separate shower room with wc, utility room, large terrace.; ; First floor: Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and wc, two twin bedrooms, separate bathroom with wc, large balcony. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
Facilities
Private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.5 m), TV, DVD and CD player (bring your own CDs/DVDs), oven, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue.
Villa Ata and Oya

I really liked both of these properties. They are both new, modern houses with Villa Ata being the slightly larger one.
The rooms were spacious and they had a really good garden area, where you could sit or have a BBQ. The pools were small but perfect to dip into! The only thing I would say is Villa Ata had a bit more shade than Oya, but these properties are great if you have 2 families going away together as they are next door to each other. I would definitely stay in either one of these properties!
