In a lovely semi-rural setting overlooking the fields, olive and citrus groves of the Gümüslük valley, the recently built Villa Oya is attractively furnished and well-equipped, ideal for family living. The central one of three villas, standing in a slightly elevated position, Villa Oya has large terraces at both ground and first floor level which offer views out over the countryside and provide a good spot to gather and dine or enjoy a drink. There are some charming areas to enjoy a wander from the villa, and the village centre is set inland, about fifteen minutes walk away.
Villa Oya stands adjacent to Villa Ata and so if you are travelling as a large group or as two families, then these two villas would be ideal.
Accommodation
Ground floor: Living area with open-plan kitchen, twin bedroom, shower room with wc, terrace; First floor: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom, separate shower room with wc, large balcony. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Facilities
Private pool (7.25m x 4.6m, depth 1.5 m), TV, DVD and CD player (bring your own CDs/DVDs), oven, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue.
Villa Ata and Oya

I really liked both of these properties. They are both new, modern houses with Villa Ata being the slightly larger one.
The rooms were spacious and they had a really good garden area, where you could sit or have a BBQ. The pools were small but perfect to dip into! The only thing I would say is Villa Ata had a bit more shade than Oya, but these properties are great if you have 2 families going away together as they are next door to each other. I would definitely stay in either one of these properties!
