Occupying an absolutely prime location, right by the water’s edge, this delightful old building has been converted into seven studios.

The sea-facing studios were depots for storing wheat and fruit, and they accessed directly to the sea to enable the owners who lived above to load the produce directly onto the passing boats. The garden studios located just behind were converted from an olive store and press and are believed to be at least three hundred years old.

The lovely gardens, adorned with colourful flowers, plants, peach and fig trees, has a barbeque and a  ‘Turkish kosk’ or shaded seating area where guests can relax and enjoy the views over the bay.

Gümüslük village centre and popular waterside fish restaurants are within a few minutes walk.
