Villa Keyif

I have to say that the brochure page really doesn’t do this villa justice. The villa is quite new having been built in 2005, so it’s bright, fresh and nicely furnished. The ground floor is open plan and has a large, modern fitted kitchen with all the gadgets, making it easy for family living. I particularly like the large veranda, which overlooks the gardens, the pool and just beyond, the sea it provides a real chill out place for relaxing and for dining.
The villa is one of thirteen villas set around a large pool, so whilst there isn’t complete privacy, the lawned garden areas and trees are arranged in such a way as to provide really nice views from each villa. From the pool, the view is right out over the sea and you can even see some of the Greek islands in the distance. On the whole, the villas are well set, overlooking a small bay, handy for swimming, which is just under a 10 minute walk away downhill (and of course uphill on the way back!). There’s a grocery shop for fresh bread and such about 5 minutes away on foot. Most people do a large shop at one of the main supermarkets on the peninsula when they arrive and then just top up locally as they go along. Gümüslük harbour, lined with an assortment of local restaurants (mainly fish), is just a short hop in the car about 5 minutes or so.
I think that families will appreciate that the villa is well equipped and has a satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher, large capacity fridge/freezer and such. Also that the villa isn’t located in the midst of a busy resort yet it has a small bay close by and is just a few minutes away from the charming village, harbour and bustling waterfront of Gümüslük. The villa has so far attracted quite a lot of repeat bookings.
