Stylish villa with a lovely large pool
This impressive villa stands in a prominent position within its own extensive grounds in the small village of Gökcebel, just 4 kilometres inland from the resort, marina and beaches of Yalikavak.
The living areas in the villa are beautifully spacious with wooden floors and ceilings and the décor is a stylish mix of contemporary and traditional. The lounge leads to a large furnished veranda that has lovely views over the hamlet towards the sea, and the master bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside. There’s a fabulously large free-form pool to enjoy on lazy days in and when you fancy a wander, there are some nice countryside walks in the vicinity. The caretaker lives in the small lodge at the entrance to the estate if any assistance is required.

The first thing that struck me when visiting this villa is the fabulous swimming pool, probably the largest pool I have come across on a private villa so if you enjoy spending time relaxing at the pool this is the one! It's not overlooked either, as the villa is set within it's own quite extensive private grounds. Just worth a note though, the pool doesn't really have a shallow end as such so may not suit those with small children or non-swimmers.
The villa itself is well furnished with spacious living areas and a selection of terraces or balconies overlooking either the gardens or surrounding hillsides. Once outside the villa grounds, you are in the centre of a small village, with a countryside backdrop. There are a couple of shops in the village, however there is a supermarket just 2 kilometres away handy for stocking up your supplies. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, though the centre of Yalikavak with it's old town and smart new marina are just 4 kilometres away, so a really short drive, or you could use the dolmus service from the village or walk down to the road heading into the centre and pick it up there.
Overall, this is a lovely villa set within private grounds, a great pool and a village location, though easily accessible to the resort of Yalikavak.
